In Inside Stories, Hilary Robertson reveals a multitude of ways to curate and arrange those objects and possessions that make up the stuff of life, from treasured artworks and decorative accessories to everyday objects such as hats, baskets and bicycles.
In the first chapter, How to Arrange your Stuff, Hilary considers four different approaches to creating arrangements – intuitive, narrative, practical and curatorial – and shows how each one can be achieved. She considers the variety of display locations available within the home – walls, mantelpieces, windowsills, chests of drawers, tabletops – and suggests how to make the most of them with decorative vignettes. Next, in Stories Told by Real Homes, Hilary casts her stylist’s eye over interiors that fall into five different styles – Neatnik, Bohemian, Naturalist, Sculpture Vulture and Noble Salvage.
The ideas in this book will appeal to magpies (love stuff; finding, collecting, and displaying it), minimalists and everyone in between.

Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.
Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.
For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.
How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.
