Notes of tobacco, raisin, caramel, maple, florals, vanilla, spices and musk!
When you first light your Amberjack candle, allow the melted wax pool to reach the sides of the jar before putting the candle out. This will help prevent wax from building up on the inside of the jar, as well as prevent tunneling of the candle during future burns. Amberjack recommend a burn time of around 3 hours, and no more than 4 hours. Candle jar will be hot during and after burning, so allow the wax to cool before handling the jar.

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my item. What can I do?
That’s not a problem at all. As much as we would like you to love our products we realise that this may not always be the case. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. You can contact us on 020 4138 1755 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.
Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.
For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.
How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.
