The all natural dish and laundry soap is a great all rounder and is perfect for travelling! This bar of natural plant oil goodness is all you need for cleaning on the go. Made with 100% biodegradable ingredients.

Directions: For washing clothes: Grate down and add a tablespoon to your front loader and top loader directly to the load. Can be used in hot and cold water. Also great for hand washing where you can also apply directly to clothes.

For dishwashing: Grate down and add approximately a tablespoon to hot water. Stir vigorously to dissolve & create bubbles. Wash & rinse dishes as you would with any other dishwashing liquid. You can also apply directly to your dishes.

To make a cleaning gel: Add equal portions of boiling water to grated down soap in a container and let sit for at least an hour to allow the flakes to dissolve. This thick paste is great for washing kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Use as you would a usual household cleaner.

Palm oil free, cruelty free and vegan.

Which courier company do you use?
SHELF uses Aramex Couriers (formerly Fastways). Please note, they do not deliver to PO Boxes.

When will I receive my goods?
Please allow five working days from the date your order is placed. For rural addresses please allow an extra day or two.You will be able to trace your parcel as you’ll be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel has been collected. Please let us know if you still haven’t received your order after five days and we will chase it up for you.

Tell me about your packaging?
SHELF has quite a large inventory for such a small store. As you can imagine, a lot of product means a lot of boxes and packing material. We don’t want to see all that packaging go to waste. Where there’s a chance to reuse it for your order, we will.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this stage but watch this space! We hope to have something in place later in the year.

 

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my item. What can I do?

That’s not a problem at all. As much as we would like you to love our products we realise that this may not always be the case. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. You can contact Sue on (03) 332 1331 or via email at info@shelfhome.com

Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact. Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If items were purchased using the Laybuy platform, returns are handled in the same way as per our policy. You can check here for further information on Laybuy returns.

Please note that any courier costs that are related to an exchange or credit are at the expense of the customer.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.

For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.

This means there is a very slim chance that a product sold online has also been sold in the shop at the same time. If that item is sold out, we will contact you straight away to offer a solution.
