Pick your favourite fragrance or mix them up a little!

Melts are so easy to use and no water is required. You simply place a melt on the top of your oil burner, light a tea-light underneath and as the melt liquifies, let the beautiful aroma fill the room. Once the tea-light is extinguished the melt will solidify and can be used again, they last up to 25 hours!

Please Note: If you would like an assortment of melts, there is a field on the cart page were you are able to write the fragrance mix you would like.

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my item. What can I do?
That’s not a problem at all. As much as we would like you to love our products we realise that this may not always be the case. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. You can contact us on 020 4138 1755 or email us at info@shelfhome.com.

Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.
Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please note that any courier costs that are related to an exchange or credit are at the expense of the customer.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.

For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.
